ONE Summit 2022

The speaker will demonstrate the work that has been done in the ORAN SC community to create an E2E package that spans across multiple community projects (ORAN, ONAP,...) in order to create a workable environment to deploy the ORAN SMO using ONAP components. The speaker will give a presentation which will first focus on the detailed design of a combined package deployment and try to provide insights on why and how this was created, Then the speaker will perform a live demo using UNH lab demonstrating the deployment and auto testing of the ORAN interfaces (O1 and A1). as a bonus The speaker will also make a demo, still using the UNH Lab, of the setup of a Network Slice on ONAP. Eventually, we will talk about our vision to evolve this as a 5G Super-BluePrint reference deployment. This proposal is the next evolution of the presentation made at the LFN DTF event in June 2022 in Porto (more animation and Network slicing) The proposal is done in collaboration with Ericsson and "HighStreet Technology" as they have contributed to the development for some parts of the ORAN SMO package.
